Product Information
Each sculpture is individually handcrafted and one of one. Variations in texture, color, wood grain, resin movement, and natural materials are inherent characteristics of handmade artwork and are not considered defects.
Product images are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and photography, slight variations in color and appearance may occur.
Shipping & Liability
Liv.S.well carefully packages all sculptures using custom protective packaging and secure crating methods designed specifically for fine art transport.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and transit handling are outside of our direct control. Liv.S.well is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of each sculpture, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact hello@livswellart.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and artwork for documentation purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Liv.S.well shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, handling, installation, or display of artwork purchased through this site.
Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website, including contact forms, checkout information, and newsletter subscriptions, is handled with care and used solely for business operations, customer communication, and order fulfillment.
