Processing Time
Each Liv.S.well sculpture is carefully prepared, inspected, and professionally packaged prior to shipment. Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days depending on the size of the piece and packaging requirements.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been dispatched.
Packaging & Protection
All sculptures are packaged using a custom fine art protection system designed specifically for secure transport.
Each piece is placed within a custom-fitted wooden art crate featuring precision-cut foam support tailored to the sculpture’s dimensions and shape. A formed foam top insert is added to stabilize and cushion the artwork during transit.
The wooden crate is then suspended inside a heavy-duty corrugated shipping carton using reinforced foam corner supports, creating a floating protective system between the inner art crate and outer shipping box.
This packaging method is designed to minimize movement, absorb impact, and provide maximum protection during shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs within the continental United States are included in the listed purchase price. No additional shipping fee is added at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
All shipments are sent with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Liv.S.well is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen transit disruptions.
Damaged Shipments
