All sales are final.
Due to the handcrafted, one-of-one nature of each Liv.S.well sculpture, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each piece is individually created and carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Sculptures are professionally packaged using custom protective materials and secure crating systems designed specifically for fine art transport.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@livswellart.com with:
- your order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the damaged item
We will work directly with the shipping carrier and insurance provider to assist in resolving the issue.
